Hey girls,

Those are exercices that I do Twice a week to have a beautiful thin legs :

- Calf Rises 2 x 40 rep
- Squats 2 x 40 rep
- Squats Sumo 2 x 40 rep
- Lunges 2 x 30 rep
- Kneeling Butt Pulses 2 x 30 rep
- Kneeling Hips Pulses 2 x 30 rep
- Kneeling Legs Rises 2 x 30 rep
- Squat-Knee 3 x 20 rep
- Speed Lunges 3 x 20 rep
- Knee Rises 3 x 20 rep
